About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers achieve their goals with CommFlow. You'll own the post-sale customer relationship, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. We offer a flexible, supportive work environment where work-life balance is genuinely valued.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Proactively address customer concerns and risks
- Gather feedback and advocate for customers internally
- Drive customer retention and reduce churn
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Experience with customer success tools
- Empathy and genuine desire to help customers succeed
Nice to Have
- Experience with collaboration or productivity tools
- Background in training or enablement
- Experience in early-stage startups
- Knowledge of customer health scoring
- Project management experience
