About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers achieve their goals with CommFlow. You'll own the post-sale customer relationship, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. We offer a flexible, supportive work environment where work-life balance is genuinely valued.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Proactively address customer concerns and risks
  • Gather feedback and advocate for customers internally
  • Drive customer retention and reduce churn

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
  • Experience with customer success tools
  • Empathy and genuine desire to help customers succeed

Nice to Have

  • Experience with collaboration or productivity tools
  • Background in training or enablement
  • Experience in early-stage startups
  • Knowledge of customer health scoring
  • Project management experience
