CommFlow provides a unified workspace platform that includes team chat, customer support tools, shared inbox, visitor tracking, file storage, and project management capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use CommFlow, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Your use of CommFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only as necessary to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

CommFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CommFlow, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

CommFlow may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination where technically feasible.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
