About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and retention. You'll own our growth channels and work cross-functionally to optimize the entire customer journey. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategy
  • Manage paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Optimize SEO and organic acquisition
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze funnel metrics and identify optimization opportunities
  • Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with product on growth features

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools
  • Experience with email marketing and automation
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Data-driven approach with focus on ROI
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing

Nice to Have

  • Experience with product-led growth strategies
  • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis
  • Experience with marketing attribution
  • CRO and landing page optimization experience
  • Experience in early-stage startups
