About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and retention. You'll own our growth channels and work cross-functionally to optimize the entire customer journey. We believe in flexibility and trust — you'll have the freedom to manage your schedule and work in a way that suits you best.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategy
- Manage paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Optimize SEO and organic acquisition
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns
- Analyze funnel metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with product on growth features
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools
- Experience with email marketing and automation
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Data-driven approach with focus on ROI
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
Nice to Have
- Experience with product-led growth strategies
- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis
- Experience with marketing attribution
- CRO and landing page optimization experience
- Experience in early-stage startups
