The Visitors module gives you real-time visibility into who's on your website, what they're doing, and when to engage with them.

What is the Visitors Module?#

Visitors provides comprehensive website visitor tracking and analytics:

Visitor Status#

Understand visitor activity at a glance:

Visitor Profiles#

Each visitor has a profile containing:

  1. Contact Information - Name, email (if provided)

  5. Notes - Team notes about the visitor

Accessing Visitors#

Navigate to the Visitors module from the sidebar:

  1. Click Visitors in the main navigation
  2. View the live visitor feed
  3. Click any visitor for detailed profile
  4. Start a conversation directly from the profile

Visitor Intelligence#

Behavioral Signals#

Identify high-intent visitors based on:

  • Pages Visited - Pricing page, features, etc.
  • Time Spent - Longer visits indicate interest
  • Return Visits - Repeat visitors are more engaged
  • Actions Taken - Form starts, downloads, etc.

Lead Scoring#

Automatically score visitors based on engagement:

Score Factors:
- Visited pricing page: +20 points
- Viewed multiple features: +15 points
- Spent 5+ minutes: +10 points
- Return visitor: +25 points
- Started chat: +30 points

Segments#

Create visitor segments for targeted engagement:

High-Intent Visitors:

  • Viewed pricing page
  • 3+ page views
  • 5+ minutes on site
